Our company Nilpestservices was established by the great person Mr.R.Raghunathan in the year 1981. After obtaining technical knowledge from ICRISAT Hyderabad. It was initiated with the intention that the damage caused to the buildings should be prevented to save the resources.

Since in 1981 we have been providing service for more than 10,000 Buildings. The services provided are Anti termite Treatment, Domestic Pest Control, Treatment against wood borers, Rodent control, Treatment against Mosquitoes, spiders and Lizards. We have been supporting hand for many interior designers and engineers to sort out termite and woodborer problems. In course of time with immense experience, our thoughts diversified to various sectors in civil field to provide more supports to Builders and Engineers.

In 1999 Mr.R.Moorthy son of Mr.R.Ragunathan entered the field gaining more experience from his father and training from CFTRI Mysore. He took over the company and placed it in a position to provide added services in civil supporting fields like Pest Control, Water proofing , Re barring, Industrial flooring, VDF flooring, Grano flooring , Epoxy Coating , Floor painting, Concrete Cutting , Groove cutting and filling in concrete floor, Expansion joint filling. For major constructions, we also act as associate with the contractors/engineers to support them right from the foundation up to the completion of the building in various services.
